Shipping & Returns Policy
Shipping Policy:
All Club 18 orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after purchase. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its progress. Shipping times vary depending on destination and carrier, but domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch. International orders may take longer due to customs processing and local carrier delays, and any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer. Club 18 is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs clearance, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
No Returns or Exchanges Policy
Due to the limited nature and exclusive access provided by Club 18 products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect orders, or scheduling conflicts. Customers are encouraged to review all product details carefully before completing their purchase. Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or exchanged.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your Club 18 order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. While we do not offer returns or exchanges, we will review each case to ensure the order was fulfilled correctly and address verified fulfillment errors at our discretion. Failure to notify us within this timeframe may result in the issue being deemed resolved. Club 18 reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution for all reported issues.
